Guiding Privacy Principals: We are committed to providing a hype-free environment for our visitors/users/clients. We believe in your right to privacy and in the importance of the security of your personal and financial data. We do not place third party advertising or pop-ups on our site, we do not add you to an email marketing list, and we do not sell your name and contact information to anyone.

COLLECTION OF DATA

For each visitor to our Web page, our server recognizes only the consumer's unique IP address for their current session. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We also aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. We collect and may discard at any time information volunteered by the visitor/user/client, such as survey information, unsolicited email correspondence, and/or form submissions.

We do not set any cookies. We may use third party vendors that do set cookies. We screen our vendors' use of cookies, and choose vendors who use cookies primarily to store the login and session data required to complete the vendor transaction. We do not use vendors who utilize cookies to push custom advertising or pop-up windows to our visitors.

MARKETING USE OF DATA

The information we collect is NOT shared with other organizations for commercial purposes and is used primarily to determine the areas of the site of the most interest to users or to conduct transactions users initiate through this site.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We do not serve up custom banner advertising to our visitors based on either aggregate or user-specific data.

We do not track user-specific habits regarding the use of this site.

OPT OUT OPTIONS

Opt out requests cannot be taken or executed based on telephone messages or conversations with site representatives. All opt out transactions must be initiated via email according to the instructions below.

We may send emails to those users who provide us their email address. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the below email address with the subject "REMOVE" sent from the email address to which we sent the undesired email.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the below email address with the subject "END BULK MAIL" sent from the email address used when providing data to this site. Include in the email your complete mailing address including zip code. Your address will be removed from our list immediately if possible, or within 60 days maximum.

Once an email correspondence trail has been established between our visitors and a representative of this site, a visitor may recieve customized email correspondence to make the visitor aware of a special package or service that, in the best judgement of the representative, is an appropriate offer. If you receive such an e-mail from us and do not want to recieve any more in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at the below email address with the subject "END CUSTOM OFFERS " sent from the email address to which we sent the undesired email.

Email will be used as the primary means of communication with persons conducting transactions or expressing interest in the services offered by this site. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy statement. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post those changes to this website. The visitor/client/user is ultimately responsible for refering to this site's privacy statement. We do not send email updates for changes to our privacy statement. If you are a regular user of this site, we suggest you bookmark this page or refer to it at least every 60 days. If we do make a privacy statement change that adds new uses and purposes to visitor/client/user data, users may opt out at any time by following the instructions above under OPT OUT OPTIONS.

Upon request we provide site visitors with access to a description of information that we maintain about them.
